MODEL XT-HC 320

The HC320 is a side-load, continuous motion cartoning machine suitable for automatic packaging of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic and food products into pre-glued cartons. It features a balcony-style design, a neat separation between electrical and mechanical sections and belt-driven mechanical movements for low- noise operation. Positive carton pick-up and forming, controlled transportation based on an adjustable belt system, and coated guides to eliminate marking on components allow smooth operation and materials handling. The extended carton magazine offers a very high loading capacity and can be moved away from the product flow area to allow full machine accessibility for maintenance and changeover. Tuck-in, hot melt or a combination of tuck-in and hot melt (tamper evident) flap closures are available.
